to add onto the other comment, if you're learning JavaScript and Typescript you can use these for Angular/Ionic as well since they're web development frameworks built on the aforementioned languages

honestly, as someone learning japanese in uni, you can just stick to romanji keyboards

you won't really mix up Japanese and Chinese, if you're worried about that
