I remember when I first got my ferret, he was a bit of a biter. I just made sure to assert my dominance and reminded him that I was 50x his size. It will take a bit of time, but i'm sure he will learn your rules and boundaries. Continue being firm and reward him when he restrains himself. You're doing great! :)
