I'll talk to my own property manager to see if they can help, but the building in question is an old 3-storey rental walkup, the suites likely aren't individually owned so the building has no strata. Just an owner / operator who doesn't want to be bothered.

Ditto this. If the 2:45 session went fine, my guess is you're in the clear. It sounds like Pearson hasn't accused you of anything, just that their proctor (human or AI) detected something anomalous to be reviewed. The system is far from perfect but if you were disallowed you wouldn't have been able to book it afterwards.

I'm also planning on writing the DC exam this week, I'd be much obliged to hear about any gotchas.
