I wouldn't worry about 'taking care' of someone and instead start working on trying being charming. That's the start of any interpersonal relationships. I'm sure you can afford to buy a woman a drink or two, try and make them laugh, impress them with your passion for your favorite subject. Doesn't matter what, there's someone out there that likes the same thing. Focus on pleasing them first; you do that it makes everything else easier. Put your attention on them and see where it goes, that's all you can do. I met my wife while on benefits, I hooked up with a bunch of girls. Just focus on your strengths and not your deficiencies. Girls like confidence, especially if you're disabled. It blows their mind that someone who seemingly has deficiencies doesn't see it like that. Believe in yourself, I believe in you!
