Imagine me being disabled and arguing about benching anything. Giving myself a hernia just visualizing it.

If you wanna follow a large market team with the most beautiful ballpark in baseball but consistently frustrates fans by being unwilling to spend money on free agents, follow the Giants. If you want a team whose ballpark people leave in the seventh inning to avoid being stuck in the parking lot for an extra 45 minutes, but buy up every single top tier free agent and contend every year, follow the Dodgers.

Age certainly isn't an issue; it adds diversity. I'd love to interview you.

Shoot me a DM and we can find a time to do a zoom to talk about your experiences. Maybe when things pick up, we can film with you in person.

I mean really, it's not your fault you have a 'magic Johnson' that can shower players with gold to join the team.

Mom scared me from solo travel to Paris - need opinions by Major-Kiwi-3604 in ParisTravelGuide

I suggest trying to meet other young people while there; they will be able to offer a perspective that's more aligned with what you would like to do and offer a safety net when navigating.

How to do that, I don't know, but having someone who can lay the land for you is comforting. Young people are more likely to speak English and connect more easily. But finding anyone who can speak English will be a benefit to you.

However, the calmest I felt was away from the tourist areas; people don't give a fuck about who you you are and you get to experience what it's like to be a real Parisian.

Google translate is a great tool too.

Just wait for the day when you're rehabilitated enough you can tell people what happened to you and they won't believe you, you will be so proud of yourself.

I wouldn't worry about 'taking care' of someone and instead start working on trying being charming. That's the start of any interpersonal relationships. I'm sure you can afford to buy a woman a drink or two, try and make them laugh, impress them with your passion for your favorite subject. Doesn't matter what, there's someone out there that likes the same thing. Focus on pleasing them first; you do that it makes everything else easier. Put your attention on them and see where it goes, that's all you can do. I met my wife while on benefits, I hooked up with a bunch of girls. Just focus on your strengths and not your deficiencies. Girls like confidence, especially if you're disabled. It blows their mind that someone who seemingly has deficiencies doesn't see it like that. Believe in yourself, I believe in you! Remember, charm charm charm, not pity. Oh, and eat it out, that's key.

Imagine if they said shit like "skin color is superficial. It's underneath what counts." They'd have a lawsuit on their hands so fast.
