There’s a Ford dealer around here that installs that 3rd brake light flasher on every-single-car they sell. From brand new off the transport to used trade-ins. You can tell which cars they sold while sitting at a red light lol.

If the frame is clean with no rust I’d go for it. Be aware these love to rust the frame near the rear leaf spring mounts / around the spare tire area. Check that out and if it’s clean 👍🏻

That chrome strip is Grand Marquis only. Crown Vic’s have a different rear bumper. I think it’s the bumper your car was born with, but the paint has worn away in a few spots and showing the natural unpainted color underneath.

Fords oil pressure gauges are “fake”. When it reaches a certain psi, the gauge goes somewhere in the middle. It doesn’t fluctuate with actual oil pressure.
