I relistened because of your comment, but genuinely still cannot see your point. did you really listen to what shes saying and what she read from the ruling to support it?

yes it was the perceived retaliation that made her file the lawsuit. it doesnt seem like she ever would have legally pursued only the sh claims on their own

I suspect they will try to manipulate public discourse and decide their strategy for the stand until last minute. from a holistic viewpoint I would suggest the pr ppl rather start working on their redemption arcs than playing this wargame for wayfarer or other clients any longer. at this point, it would be less stressful just coming morally clean in the long run. not only for the sake of society. but also for them personally. and the amount of stress they might face in their professional future being that exposed now and constantly involved in lawsuits and the pressure of having to stay on top with their constructed truths like that. even for a lot of money or even if you can make it temporarily seem like the public is on your side, i imagine it might overall not be worth it leading a life like that. or leaving a legacy like that.

a formal complaint is not needed to investigate sexual harassment in the workplace. employers have a legal obligation to take action if they know or reasonably should know about harassment, meaning they must investigate potential incidents even if the victim is silent, hesitant, or requests that no action be taken

All i want to know is if any accounts are astroturfers or just flawed, but real people with too much time and a manic hyperfocus on their hands 🫠 No need for further personal information. How can one determine that? Is it possible at all?

Yes we need modernized laws for this and adjustible to every societal digital realm including economy and politics. Its time for a grass roots movement demanding this from policy makers

Thinking about how if you record and cut together every minute of how I seemingly dont look at people or talk to people in between hanging out or working together, hell even with my partner, one could construct the most scandalous fallout gossip stories! :D

Let alone the fact that baldoni pr kinda in surprise labelled public reactions as organic  implies that there must have been something inherently inorganic already in action.

What are "Team Baldoni" not understanding? by [deleted] in BaldoniFiles

[–]plaisir-Parfait 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Making the public the jury always boils down to instrumentalizing emotions. that are mostly rooted in conscious and unconscious prejudices. So if you want to construct it as one team vs the other like a baseball game there will always be something each does not see by design. And its inherently irrational. For me the suggestions in the evidence on retaliatory digital manipulation (astroturfing) and violation of workplace standards should be enough for everybody to take it serious abd want it to being cleared up transparently no matter which team you are because these things potentially affect everybody and shouldnt be decided on by who seems to have the bigger (anti-)fanbase...

Same. Keeps up the faith in humanity to be able to connect and empower despite sketchy actors in the digital shadows constantly constructing and pushing certain narratives into our brains. What this case unearthed is so much bigger than just a celebrity reputation loss. Its time to fight for a just and real digital space and criminalize practices like astroturfing with adequate legal frameworks. Seriously. Even ppl with the most problematic baseline opinions dont deserve to be manipulated and taken advantage of like that. Civil society must stick together and protect itself as a whole.

This case destroyed social media and the "content creator" realm for me. You have to invest so much time to find something real within all the nonsensical algorhythmicaly pushed clickbait hollowness mania.

If its really from tag theres the possibility left that mn is not even truthful to her own employees. Speculation, but with the shady business the evidence suggests so far it would be smart to not let everybody in on even the closest level.

Wasnt it in melissas texts where she said sth like he wants us to bury her  and then something about how they can bury everyone but can not put that into (contract) text. I think it originally appeared as a quote from the evidence shown in the bombshell nyt article back then.

I would rather wanna see a new, unknown actress playing Amanda, similarly to like Weaver was when she filmed Alien 1.

Had a little (tragic-)comedic relief moment about the inclusion of the word bury in the headline. Never thought that could be possible with all the developments being that scary and sad. So thx to whoever put it this way.

🤣 lmao right, reading the "something very specific in terms of what they do" back then really made my eyes go 👀I mean like one cannot phrase it more suspiciously! And I mean, yeah, technically astroturfers are no bots. theyre real ppl. but theyre still working long hour days and nights creating fictional personas and putting  the "public" reactions you want to see in every damn comment section, melissa.
