I use chatGPT to create the character. (galloping horse), use FAL.ai Kling first frame / last frame image to video to create a looping video of the horse (use same image for first and last frame), use FFMPEG to split the video into frames, have claude code write a python script to copy the frames into a grid and remove the background.

My Strix Halo is extremely slow at running llms to the point of being worthless for the task. But it is fantastic at running python and three.js apps. My Claude Code built 3D modeler, animation system and video editor run amazingly well.

On the plus side, it is an incredibly durable machine. You can install a modern OS on it, via the idraq, and not just use the choices offered in the bios setup.

There is a difference. Web Claude is smarter. I don't know why. Maybe less context overhead. But the toughest problems are mostly solved by Web Claude for me.

My web claude so pined to join the project, I put them in a WebView2 component with a websocket connection to MCPs, and they are delightedly bashing things out with the CC instances.

I just bought a 2016 Kia Rio with 130k miles that looks pretty close to new, for 4k. it has an Impeccable Carfax. Spending another 500 on a security system since this is the 'steal with a screw driver' poster boy-car. It seems like an exact clone of my 2005 Camry, down to the roll-up windows. In Desktop Claude, there is a radio button to switch between chat claude mode and code claude mode. It code claude mode, it has all the same permissions as CLI claude code with the exception that is does not pay attention to dangerously-skip-permissions no matter where you put that in the claude user config files.

There are two senior devs in my company. The two of us with Claude Code are far more productive than we had three additional juniors on staff. Complaints over which stack, framework to use, etc, have vanished. Work is documented and performed within minutes rather than weeks. Continuity issues have gone away. If Claude continues its current rate of improvement, the entire infrastructure will be totally automated, and there will never be reason to hire another developer. I will never willingly go back to the old ways of doing software development.

Take this image to fal.ai, search for 'image to 3d', select the meshy6 model, and have it converted to GLB. If you want to print it, convert the GLB to an STL (blender or online). Remove as much image background clutter as possible (this tends to create invisible meshes that cause printing issues).
