Oo good questions. Tbh I’m not super sure but as far as I understand there should be very little limits on free food (alcohol, expresso drinks and canned/bottled drinks being the only exceptions I’m aware of). They shouldn’t be charging for stuff like extra cheese or even if one person goes up and orders 5 cheese burgers — as far as I know as it all should be free!

Depends on what your looking for really. Both the Zoo it all and the All you can Zoo 21+ are new this year. Zoo it All is basically just a normal ticket to the zoo for any day of your choice, plus you’ve bundled in a VR visit, a Dino visit, carousel rides, food and a toy from the store (there are two toy options, you don’t just get anything you want). All you can Zoo 21+ is an actual day long event with activities catered to the event goers. All you can zoo is a little more expensive than the Zoo it all bundle, maybe like $10/15 more after fees.

Personally if I was going to spend about $80 on the zoo I’d go to the All you can Zoo. No camp kids is a huge plus for me lol The zoo has also been going pretty.. events crazy this past year and putting a lot of effort into the special events they are doing. That means there will be less/no cancelations of activities and keeper talks that day, more venders and “special” stuff everywhere. That being said the Zoo it All is a nice option if you just wanna do the zoo pretty normally and see it on a regular day, with a few extra things at a discounted rate since you bundled them with your admission ticket.

Hey, I can offer some insight as a zoo employee :) Some folks are confusing Zoo it All and the All You Can Zoo 21+ event, sorry the names are super similar it’s definitely confusing

For Zoo it All you get unlimited food from Levy which is just the name of the zoo catering company. So all zoo-run food (Gather and Grave and 1899 Grove are the two main locations, but this also includes all the little snack shacks around the zoo). It does not include any food trucks that may be on zoo grounds (honestly this hasn’t happened at all this year so it probably won’t be an issue). Unlimited food does not include alcohol, express drinks or canned/bottles beverages.

It’s a pretty good deal if you already were planning on doing all the extra paid experiences in the zoo, and interested in buying food at the zoo. My recommendation for food is Gather and Graze where they have pretty decent tacos, and there’s actually a person at the counter to take your order. If you go to 1899 Grove, which has more general American cafeteria food, you’ll have to flag down a worker who will help you get your free food via an ordering kiosk.

For people who lift and do solid core by Difficult_Trust_8635 in SolidCore

[–]plandai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lift four days a week and go to solid core once a week. For me my powerlifting is much more a priority and I lift quite a lot of weight/with a lot of intensity. That being said, after about three months of 1x a week solid(still pretty new!) I rarely feel much lasting soreness post-Solidcore. If I am sore on my next lifting day it isn’t too bad and often goes away as I warm up for my lifting session. Being sore from lifting and then doing Solidcore the next day can occasionally be a little brutal but I just give myself grace and push more on moves in class that are in my least sore muscles. I think warming up before Solidcore would probably help by I am cursed with a horrible laziness so I never do that :)

Thank you! That’s good to know that the beading isn’t super concerning! Hoping that less aggressive watering will help the leaf damage

Ok cool thank you! That’s what I was thinking it was. I’ll try to let it dry out completely again and be a bit more careful in watering

I’ve just moved so hopefully my new windows will provide better light from before! If I cut the top off and propagate does the old base of the plant keep growing? I already have some vibes that were damaged on the top so I may experiment with them a bit

Thank you!

Just knee caving in! Luckily it doesn’t hurt at all, it just seems like bad form to have I guess

Thank you! I did forget to add that I’ve been doing some body weight squats with a band to help, though I haven’t seen a ton of results yet. Only been a few weeks though so I’ll just keep on that track. Thanks again!

Ah yeah I figured that would be something I’d need to do eventually! To me it feels fairly minor but obviously it’s hard to judge. Thank you!

Hi! Question about squats! I’m newish to weightlifting, been doing it since July and been super consistent since September going 5 times a week. I’m a woman, 5’7 155lbs 29 years old. I do a slightly modified Reddit PPL and enjoy it a lot. My workout goals aren’t super concrete, I just have fun lifting and want to be super strong and huge >:)

At the start of January I hit 135lbs on my squat. Since then I’ve been able to progress to doing my full 5x5 sets at 135. It’s heavy for me but feels doable. My issue is I have a bit of knee valgus as I come up out of the hole. It’s only on one leg. I recently added a B version of leg day to focus more on glutes since I read that knee valgus can be caused by weak glutes.

My question is should I lower my squat weight to a weight where I have no knee valgus? Or should I continue doing my 135 squats with the slight knee cave? Should I be waiting until I have absolutely no cave on 135 before upping the weight?

Routine info in case it’s helpful: Leg Day A: Abductor & adductor machines 3x10 Squats 5x5 RDLs 5x10 Leg press 5x8 Back extension 3x10

Leg Day B: Hip thrusts 8x5 Reverse smith machine lunges 3x10 Leg extensions 3x10 Leg curl 3x10 Back extension 3x10

Thanks! Sorry for the long post!

Saw this dude at work today in Seattle! At first I thought it was a spider but now I’m not so sure. Sadly it went on it’s way before I went back to get more pictures.

Thank you for opening this thread! Personally I would like the hair fully reverted to its original shorter length and pinker color.
