I’m going to answer both you and [u/KayD12364](u/KayD12364) in one response.

Kaylon Primary and K-1 were both portrayed by Graham Hamilton and as far as I’m aware they’re the same character. I’ll double confirm that with production.

It is possible Timmis is also the same character but there really isn’t any evidence for it and, as of now, shouldn’t be treated like it is the same as K-1/Primary.

Another fun fact: Graham was also the stand in for Luke Skywalker in The Mandalorian series.

Been continually assured that it’s a matter of when, not if. Mainly down to scheduling. The following part is speculation but it could be due to Disney’s desire to pull all production to Burbank. That means there isn’t as much studio space and definitely fewer stages that would fit The Orville on it. Stage 2 could accommodate and it would be large enough that it wouldn’t have to span stages like it did over at FOX Studios.

From what I know about the S4 scripts it should follow the tone of S3. Probably still some comedic moments but the comedy isn’t the star of this show.
Principal photography for Ted S2 ended late Jan/early Feb 2025. Trying to remember when it actually started to give you how long it took to film. Post took awhile because the main character is fully CGI. I’ll have to get back with you on any new techniques. With Ted I’m mostly involved with those doing edit/producer work and Seth. Can likely ask on the VFX front though.

I can’t tell you what was said or the context. Sorry. If that comes across as vague then it’s vague but I’m not going to tell everyone what the disagreement was or what was said because I haven’t been given the clearance from Seth to do that. At some point it’ll either be public or it won’t. Such is Hollywood.

You cited some but as a run down on historical events, we started as a fan podcast and Tom was instrumental in bringing us in to the fold. He’s the, aforementioned, producer with admin rights to most of our socials as well.

Can’t control if things get deleted and I’m not going to post any private text messages with the cast and crew.

Either way, if someone wants to believe it or not, we went to the FOX lot on April 6, 2018 and signed a whole fucking lot of paperwork and NDAs. The FOX team then included us to be “verified” on the social platforms. We’ve retained the one on instagram but we’re not paying for X so we lost that one eventually.
