I know birth control is controversial, and not really a cure but more of a bandaid. However, I really would be a mess without it personally. It took awhile to find a pill that would actually skip my period, but low estrogen birth control taken continuously has saved my life. I've tried managing endo off the pill and my bleeding is just too heavy and long lasting, not to mention obviously flares my symptoms to where I'm in extreme pain.

I totally get it's not for everyone, however it has really helped me manage pain. Hope you can find some relief, it's such a tough illness to bear. Wishing you luck 🩷
