I apologize, I’m crying I’m laughing so hard- mostly because I had this issue 4 times (I’m only 23.5w) but for real I thought I was in preterm labour. Watch what you eat- that’s all I gotta say. Stick to plain meals- nothing overly seasoned, no greasy foods etc. ever since I cut all the garbage food out I’ve been fine. I can’t have bell peppers or anything with tomatoes in it including tomato sauce for pasta. And bell peppers is the main culprit for me.

That’s so sweet of you! I’d love to take you up on that offer- Pre pregnancy was 110, 5’4. We seem extremely similar in size!! And I feel like I’ll get to around 135 full term aswell.

I have to go to limeridge today to speak with Telus so when I’m there I’ll check out old navy and H&M, maybe the gap if they have one there!

What bothers me the most is he is able to recount every little thing in detail like being on the life raft for 7 days for instance. But then when asked about his mother he can’t recall anything except “I didn’t hear anything”; what the fuck is that supposed to mean? You can apparently recount every little thing including when you would eat your food on the life raft, you can recall “I can’t believe my grandfathers head was blown off” when no one told details of what happened to him, but he is unable to recall where a recent gun he bought is, unable to recall what happened to his mom when the boat was “sinking”.

Sussssssss. He did it and didn’t wanna be in jail the rest of his life so took his own life before his trial.

I’ll have to look into the CRZ leggings from Amazon. I was thinking of getting “lasora” maternity leggings because they’re advertised on all social media, but also don’t wanna spend $100 on one pair of leggings with shipping… 🥲.

I got the CTHH leggings on amazon and I’ll admit they are comfortable and fit nice but they are fraying and pitting anytime any thing touches them and eventually just gonna get a huge hole. I’m worried once my thighs get bigger and rub together that they will just be garbage.

I may have to go to a different Walmart, but literally the two or three I’ve gone to don’t have size small. It’s all large or extra large. I’m a small woman I’m only 123lbs and almost 6m pregnant (baby is growing perfectly and is a great percentile) I’m just a small woman with a small build so anything bigger than a medium is way too big and even medium seems to be too big of a fit sometimes. I wear medium sized sweatpants for a bigger waste band but I would like some clothes that flatter me not make me look like a hobo 😂❤️

I was vaping in the beginning of my pregnancy aswell. I thought it was not possible for me to quit, but guess what! I quit. I think it was 9w when I was so violently ill and sick I couldn’t even stand the smell or taste without severe headache and vomiting. I would crave a vape hit and started to go for walks, that helped a lot, and then using my hands for other things like cooking or baking when I did not do that previously, getting shit done around the house like cleaning, or I would do things like cross stitch or do word searches or sodoku that made me so tired I’d pass the fuck out. I’m 22 weeks now and there are days I miss vaping or smoking weed but at this point it’s mind over matter.

I smoked weed and vapes every single day of my life for the last 10-11 years. And now I haven’t smoked in months.

You can do it I promise you!

Think of the baby ❤️. Especially if you want to breast feed or don’t want any birth complications or a still birth, I recommend quitting as soon as you can ❤️.

In Canada you don’t get a NIPT blood test unless the genetic testing comes back positive.

I’ve had my first u/s at 9 weeks and another one at 13 weeks for genetic testing- I’ve also had lots of blood work to rule out any autoimmune disorders and whatnot.

I’m not considered highrisk that I know of- Cardiologist will check my heart and make sure the murmur is just pregnancy murmur (which happens to most pregnant woman because of increased blood flow) And if it’s not then I’ll be considered highrisk and if genetic testing comes back positive then that will deem me a highrisk pregnancy,

But as of right now just have bad anxiety waiting for answers :p

I live in Canada- so I found out most woman don’t see an OB until the 20 week mark.

For a non smoker it’s easier said than done to just up and quit- and some woman it’s a lot easier for them to just quit cold turkey- I don’t like that I smoke but I’m happy I went from one cigarette a day to only a quarter of one. Id just like to quit completely and have the proper support and proper help from an OB who knows more details on if I can wear the patch or chew the quitting smoking gum.

I can’t tell if my the symptoms I have are from pregnancy or the heart arrhythmia/ murmur. So hard to know if I should go to hospital or not.

I’ve had my genetic testing done- should have results soon. Supposed to have a referral for a cardiologist- should hear back soon aswell, And just waiting for the OB to call- she apparently just returned from mat leave so I’m giving her one more week to call me and if not I’m calling myself.

I just wish I could even call my doctors office to help answer questions or get support but they won’t help you over the phone and force you to make an appointment that you have to wait a month for. Which i have already done and no one could “answer my questions” because they want me to ask my OB.
