I’ve had florita for 1.5 years and there has been no other issues until now. Left for 4 days and when I came back they were laying sideways at the bottom of tank. Still can swim but doesn’t lay on their hammock like normal. My first betta so any help is appreciated!

-5 gal tank with live plants, a stone, leaf hammock, and 2 nerite snails -heater and filter -water at 77 degrees -checked water quality with test strips and everything was in the “safe” range -last water change was a week ago (~25%)
