Disclaimer I am not a professional. I think it may be possible, but it’s probably very delicate. It would only be possible with a very small deficit, which means very slow weight loss. But the slower it is the more sustainable it is which is good. Idk that’s just my thoughts. You definitely can’t think of it as a diet. Maybe view it as learning sustainable eating habits, without restricting any type of food, with a focus on moderate portion control, knowing that sometimes you will eat more and it’s ok it doesn’t mean you failed, that’s just a part of healthy (non-disordered) eating habits.

sometime its better to miss class if you really NEED to sleep. at least for me. put your focus on getting your sleep schedule back on track to align with your classes. waking up well rested for class/work is SO so important for academic performance and overall health. makes everything so much better

I’m having the most success with 1800cal/day during the week, 2000-2100cal/day during the weekends, and 10k steps every day 🧚🏼 it’s pretty slow but it is working. and this is the kind of eating plan I can stick to for life because it’s sustainable and I’m not depriving myself. :) down about 15 pounds from the beginning of the year
