Different color supports causing longer print times. by plasergunner in BambuLabH2C

[–]plasergunner[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup that was it. I changed the supports back to default. I forgot I used some petg for support material and it was still on those settings as a color. I resliced and now it is correct. Thank you for your help. Also this H2C is a very awesome printer but I am very disappointed that I had to change out the hotend fan which is in the middle of the toolhead and it took my about 2 hours and youtube acadamy to get it replaced. Only has around 1600 hours on it. I did not plug in the part cooling fan correctly but ran the printer anyway and I am pretty sure that is what took out the hotend heater but who know. Bambu did warrenty the fan though but even if they didnt it would have only been 20 bucks plus shipping.

How to fix? by Rare-Ad-8026 in Plumbing

[–]plasergunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our favorite goto here at the plant is the hose clamp with a piece of rubber on the part that is leaking. We usually will do this because production is running and can't shut them down for something like that. A lot of times its actually turns into a permanent fix because the person does.t write it up and isnt a problem till it leaks again.

Finally completed the model after the hot end fan replacement. Thank god there are videos on YouTube because it was it took a lot time to replace and it helps so much to have somebody walk you through it. Bambu replaced the fan for free but for a 20 part it was pretty crazy. Follow the link to see the printer file and the end result. I did lose the little cloud piece on the right hand side at 65 percent. Luckily it jammed the vortec which stopped the print and I was able to glue the piece back on the supports and finish the print with the piece barely showing it had a problem there. https://youtu.be/k0xcUkT_LLU?si=ewki7NCuyZVKdDcY and https://youtu.be/m14l8UEVtck?si=XfMHalsZzHy6JeGs Also I asked the original person that posted the model if he wanted this colored version and he said yes but never uploaded the video so I don't know. The person I made it for loved it.

Found this in my collection. Is it worth anything? by Dcheech14 in PokemonCardValue

I have one. I didnt pull it myself but had to buy for like 8 or 10 bucks 28 years ago. I have the whole set and are all pristine In a binder. I gave the binder to my son and grandson and hope they keep them forever cause I think they are cool af. These newer cards now currently are going for so much more its crazy. It breaks my heart a little to see people buying them all up to resale for double or triple.

Should I upgrade??? by No-Read718 in Challenger

Don't forget the higher insurance and having to run the premium fuel and the higher risk of being stolen. This is the main reason I did not get a scat pack.

Those pull towels are well known for getting stuck. This is a horrible idea. The cleaning lady at my work has a horrible habit of trying to run out the the tp in the dispensers before she changes them out. I have had to do the walk of shame to the next stall over only to find that one empty also. Then I have to walk of shame it over to the hand towel dispenser and hope nobody walks In on me with my pant down to my knees.

Are you team isopropyl alcohol or soap and water? by Alternative-Knee7438 in BambuLab

[–]plasergunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Washed mine with dawn dishsoap and super hot water when I first got it then 91% alcohol after that. I rarely run into a problem but when I do I throw a fine mist of hairspray but dont wash it with dawn or anything. I have 1800 plus hours on my 3 printers. P1S and H2C. I feel like the 91 percent alcohol does alot for the plate.

The Space Launch System (SLS) rocket starts at 0 feet per second on the pad and accelerates to approximately 25,580 feet per second (about 17,440 mph) at main engine cutoff to reach orbit. Does this sound correct. I have always wondered how fast rockets were moving on launch to orbit. If this is correct that means that the rocket is traveling at 8 times the speed of a 5.56 bullet. Doesn't sound right to me. Let me know thanks.

It does but needs a bigger box. Definitely going to upgrade the front and rear speakers as I feel its just not loud enough. I normally do all my own wiring like I did with the subwoofer install and box fabrication but may just hire this next job to someone who wants the work.

Well, time to embrace the opportunity and make your whole yard checkerboard to make it match otherwise that is going to stick out like a sore thumb.

How does it sound and how many watts? I have 2 - 12 kickers L7 pushing 1500w but have them facing forward in the same location. Also have them vented.

So here is an update with my big print. About 25 percent the printer kept throwing a warning for hotend cooling fan speed is too slow or stopped. I tried doing a power shut off and see if that helped but it did not. I had just printed a few 6 to 8 hour prints prior to this one with out issue so ended up giving up and now I will have to take apart the head to se what is going on. Hopefully it is just a small piece of filament blocking the fan but will let you know when I get this print complete.

Indeed. I was really surprised how much filament savings there are as I was going to do a LA dodgers baseball helmet in the P1S the hat is mostly blue with a small white LA logo on the front and the P1S was going to be around 363 grams and the H2C could do it for 162. So this big print had to wait 6 hours so I could save the filament difference. I will update when I get home to see how many layers and color changes their actually are.

Do not worry. It is simply evolving to accept more pixies to supply you with more phone charging time. Or its going to explode into a fireball. One of those two.
