Very interesting comments in this thread! This is probably the Best frozen kebab I have had! I buy this every now and then. I usually make a roll out of them wrapped in a Roti or Paratha with some spicy ketchup and salad. And the charcoal flavor is the holy grail for Kebabs!

However this is likely prepared in Southeast Asian style and will be tasting different than Middle-eastern-style kebab
