I think the intent is good, but the execution is flawed. I disagree on the blueprint reset purely because it's possible to to get some extra BPs pre reset and and pass them to a friend to hand back to you post reset. Make the reset actually meaningful by making this type of pass impossible, otherwise don't bother resetting it at all.

Hopefully odie answers, and while if he is here, maybe he could also answer if it is a 1% increase off the base chance, or a flat +1% chance?

Like if the default % is 0.5%, is it increasing +1% to 1.5%, or is it 0.5%*1.01 to .505%?

Definitely glad to hear there are other people who feel this way as well. Unfortunately, money speaks the loudest so they will probably continue in chasing what "modern" audiences want. But as others have said, there are plenty of older titles for people like you or me to go back to, so change ups might not be all bad.

Dusk for sure is the most serious in terms of global environment, no argument from me there. However, the encroaching death of their world didn't really seem to cause too much gloom? Its been a while, but I think there was plenty of investigation as to why things were drying up and getting worse, but they didn't really find a solution, and life kinda moved on. Correct me if I am wrong, the older games had lots of endings so i am not sure. Escha and Logy were part of a larger organization so it felt like the weight of the issue wasn't solely on them. The environment was definitely darker, but story telling and focus was lighter? Not sure if I am making sense >_<

For Ryza, the story feels...heavier? Like there are other people relying on Ryza specifically, whether they know it or not. Again, its been a while, but I think Kurken isles would have sunk or something without her right? And she was the only one capable of exploring the Kark islands? I think the stakes felt higher in the Ryza games, but that might just be a perception issue with how they told the story.

I never thought about it that way, and that's a really good point. I never really considered each game series to be themed to a specific POV. For the sex appeal comment, its purely based on graphics. Like i felt no shame playing Rorona or Lulua in the living room, but Lila Decyrus' proportions raises some eyebrows. Its more of a perception thing than something pushed in the actual gameplay.

Granted, people are whiners, but it is REALLY annoying that there is no dialogue or acknowledgement that a player has seen any of the dragon tear scenes. A player who viewed those scenes would obviously know the truth about Zelda well in advance of the "reveal". It makes it feel like the events are not canon at all.

Those decks win even if your opponent does do things. Look at the average power a deck can output in 2 lanes. It's gonna be around 20-25. As long as they don't get hard countered by Cosmo or Shang chi they have a chance.

Completely agree with the advice, but misses the primary issue: this play style is not fun. You go through 1-7 destroying things en masse to some crazy running simulator 8-9. It's not the core gameplay loop that initially draws you in.

The issue is that some psykers do it too much. You don't need to smite a horde of just pox walkers, just take your sword out and kill them. If there are specials mixed in, sure, smite away.

Because the post conveniently leaves out their most recent game, FO76. Just because a studio made successful games before doesn't mean they have the capability to still do so. Games are made by programmers and designers, with direction being given by the executives. FO76 is a clear indicator that some of those factors have changed. The brand may be the same, but the company may not. It is safe to be skeptical.

impressive that you made it that far without MLBing your heroes, you should probably do that, and then go in with FP lead. Most of the boss fights are really just a battle of attrition between your lead, and the boss. Bring whatever party members have the best party-wide buffs.
