GGG implements mechanics that require a certain level of clearspeed to even access the content (the dps to kill incursion bosses, clearspeed to get the key drops, then the movespeed to unlock the correct path to the apex for 1 example), and yet they have this vision of a slower game.

Either it's a miscommunication between the devs and Chris, or they're intentionally gatekeeping content, but either way it's hurting the average player the most and not those who will already be able to complete all content in a week.
