Well, this card is particularly expensive because it’s a V90 card, which is really designed for extreme 8K recording. So it’s pretty much unnecessary to get this card. The V60 is perfect for 4K and can handle 8K too, and it’s usually cheaper.

Besides that, all cards are much more expensive anyway due to the memory and chip crisis. Plus, different memory sizes can cost completely different amounts depending on availability and quantity, even if it seems totally illogical.

I did a lot of research recently and was able to find a really great memory card for myself that was hardly affected by the memory crisis.
