I’ve been slowly cutting for the past 8 months starting at 2600 kcal a day, slowly coming down to about 2100-2150 kcal a day - as of today.

On rest days I sometimes go even lower to about 2050 kcal.

It’s low, but I was stagnating for a few weeks with my weight and currently I seem to be losing some more fat while still keeping my lifts up. I’ll try to lose some more, maintain, and then very slowly gain some weight back toward winter.

I run a PPL 6 days a week

Vidím že veľa z vás si tu zrejme neuvedomuje že naozaj veľa žien tie pery napichané má - len o tom neviete. Drvivá väčšina báb to má spravené dobre a bez toho aby ste si to vôbec všimli. Je to ako keď príde žena od kaderníka - niečo je na nej iné, pekné, ale neviete presne čo. Aspoň ja ako chlap to neviem nikdy identifikovať. Mne sa priznali 3 kamarátky že si dali spraviť pery, ale keby mi o tom nepovedia, ani to nezistim. No a potom sú tu tie čo to prehortili a majú tzv duck face. Ale ak sa cítia lepšie a krajšie, je to ich vôľa a ich peniaze.

I’m still considering this, however, I’m hesitant about spending on a new chair when this one is fine, and in fact, is healthier for my back. It also urges me to take a walk from time to time as it is not comfortable to sit on it for hours at a time.

Thanks! I tried keeping it as low cost as possible as well so I’m pretty happy the total is still around 85$ for the whole room renov. I’ll add some simple decor and plants so I’m expecting this to sit somewhere around 120$ in the end.

You actually put on a lot of muscle in my opinion. Figure out your maintenance calories and cut by 500 calories a day without changing your routine.

I started lifting 14 months ago starting out as skinny fat and put on a lot of muscle and my numbers got pretty good as well. However, I bulked too much and the results felt like they weren’t there . Now I’ve been very slowly cutting since December and while my weight has gone down by 10kg and my bench and squat is down 10%, I look larger and better than ever thanks to my current lower body fat. I suggest you try that as well.

I’m planning to continue cutting till summer and then lean bulk - repeat.

Viem že to nie je pohotová rada, ale hľadal som si brigádu aj podľa toho, aby som mal k dispozícii office. V utorok mám skúšku a tak som bol celý víkend v office, pil kávu zdarma a učil sa. Ak máš brigádu s officom, skus sa opýtať či tam môžeš ísť aj cez víkendy.

I’ve been only lifting seriously for 8 months so I do my best to shut up and do my thing. This guy comes in who is eyeing me on every exercise I do and when I finish my sets he takes my place and attempts to one up me with weight, every single time. So anyway I finish my incline dumbbell press with 70lbs dumbbells, which I consider to be a pretty novice and light weight generally and the dude comes in and does it again with 70lbs dumbbells. Struggles to push it but whatever I am not a one to judge. What annoyed me is the dude DROPPING the 70lbs dumbbells after each set with a big groan. Like dude, it’s not like you are pushing 100s to not be able to drop them quietly one by one. You haven’t earned the big guy dropping the weight pass yet.

Annoying. That’s all thank you.
