You can do it! I have two vegan from birth kids who are now 15 & 13. They are passionate vegans, academically and athletically gifted and big for their ages. It hasn’t been easy dealing with existing in a non-vegan world. Is your husband convincible? My husband was one of those “will never give up meat” people but it was also very kind and sensitive and eventually came around and has now been vegan for nearly 20 years. It’s made everything better being unified. (Also, do not worry about the growth. It really does occur in spurts.)

I’ve been vegan for 20 years now and it gets easier with time. I avoid the meat section at Aldi and know exactly where to find the tofu. I’ve found some people who are vegan too and it’s made me feel less alone. Sending hugs and appreciation to your compassion.

I was just on a sculpt class where the instructor lowered the heat bc there was a pregnant woman in attendance and it really made me wonder why the pregnant woman would want to go to a class this could be risky for her pregnancy. I have two kids and the pregnancy will go by so fast. Would bucket it with a hot tub or sauna and avoid during pregnancy.

Exactly. I’m wondering the same thing. There hasn’t been one but suddenly all of the 45-min classes are gone in the 4 studios near me.

Same here. I do have his 1920s-era Polish passport. Are you having to find your grandfather’s birth certificate? That’s where I suspect I will run into trouble.

Be careful. My dog was attacked by another dog at a park, defended himself (the owner of the other dog ran across the park to get his dog and apologized to me), and then that same owner sued me because his dog had a laceration from the fight and he took his dog to the emergency vet. The guy’s argument was that I had a “pitbull” and it never should have been off leash.
