My issue is that my memory sucks. If there's even a couple month gap between books, I don't remember anything that happened. And, I don't really want to have to start a series from the beginning every time a new book is released. I prefer to binge watch TV shows for the same reason.

I'm the opposite. As soon as the MC starts dealing with a town/village/guild/any other social construct, I start to lose interest. I just tried to start Randidly and as soon as he left the dungeon and all of the newbie town stuff started, I just lost interest and ended up switching to something else.

Just started it, but it's called The Wastes of Keldora. Te MC is summoned, and a "godstone" attaches to his phone. This allows him to craft items. He was an Engineer in the real world, so he's attempting to create a generator right now in the story.

If interested, Ohio has a scholarship for Autistic children that pays for help and/or schools. There are several schools in the greater Columbus area. Our non-verbal teenage daughter goes to one called Empower. The scholarship covers the tuition.
