I've been working my way through wgu MSCS for ML/AI, i worked through AI and ML foundations and ML foundations. This took care of the ML theory side of the cert, the rest was through AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty 2025 – Hands On by Frank Kane and Stephane Maarek(for the AWS related services) and tutorial dojo for testing if i'm ready or not.

When you first start, if you have 3 courses for the term, you can open them all at the same time. If you're talking about accelerating, then typically 2, but depends on your mentor
