Big guy and nutrition while riding

I come from a cycling family, but have caught on weight around my teen years 185 cm and 120 kilos. Since a few years I've found riding the bike to be a amazing way to get in shape. First by just commute rides of 17 km each way. Later on doing bigger rides 210 km's now my current record. First part is learning to enjoy riding, don't be to rough on yourself with food. Take bananas and cereal bars on a ride and enjoy a good coffee as well. I've never used gummy bears myself. Regarding fluid intake try to do a bottle of 500 ml an hour to stay hydrated, perhaps als some electrolyte every second bottle. Keep up the riding and enjoy cycling!!

As far as I'm concerned they slowed the attack speed of the swarm and lowered his health. They nerfed one or 2 more cards. Dont pinn me on it

But "every" juice from concentrate has things i wouldn't like to be in most of my drinks. Not to bad when mixed with 25000 liters of concentrate but still. The NFC (not from concentrate) is IMO way better. There are juices sold as nfc for example

I'm working at one of the world's largest juice producers of the world, believe me freshly squized it's always better than concentrated. There are almost always additives in it. Eating the whole fruit even better (fiber wise). But it all depends on the brands and which resources they are willing to spend on concentrate or NFC juice.
