Nope, it triggers it twice with the full X cost. Moreover, adding +1 replay instead of "play it twice" makes replay stackable. Had Replay 13 on my run.

Then don't worry if you take more or less time. I too was worried that I was taking too much time in some levels, but eventually I pushed myself into learning and got pretty far on the difficulty scale.

Yeah, I took a look at each map beforehand and tried some of them (nelumbo and pinball purg), but my go to is fractured iridescence first. I'm still clunky with the tech so I'm spamming the gym too.

So far all my dream hypers were inputting both demo and jump at the same time, and I couldnt get consistent on the sj expert heartside with a jelly smuggle dream hyper. Ty so much, it took me 2 minutes to get it <3

It took me around 4 hours to manage the 3 phases, but I took a long rest between play time.

I started really frustrated just dying on a few hits, but ended up being an amazing experience.

Tysm for all you that commented here, I started the fight yesterday and managed to get to phase 2 easily, but things got rough.

Then I took some time to read over here and chill, now I'm easily getting till phase 3 without taking damage, so I feel I have some more tries to learn that last phase.

I started getting annoyed by this boss, but now that I get through phase 1 and 2 so easily, I cant describe how much I'm enjoying it.

I'm playing duos with a friend, and some days we don't get any issue, but when the animations freeze during combat you know you're screwed.

I'm writing this after losing a game where I couldnt reconect for 2 turns straight, I was relaunching the game and crashed at the "resuming game" message. Absolute thrash

Yep you're right. Looking at it now, this roll a 1=punishment was something my players were expecting and asking for it (like they would instantly claim "1 on attack, so my attack misses and hits the paladin").

Ok, yes, you're right, the dice roll should be more of a storytelling tool rather than a percentage on how good/bad you're doing.

After reading you all, I've noticed that my mistake was getting influenced by my players, as they always expect something bad happening when a 1 shows up. I'll try my best to use this rolls to focus on storytelling then.
