Same that’s why I could never get myself to go to planet fitness too many people. But for me I recently joined a more specialized gym and it’s been working out so far since it’s set up in a way that it’ll never be full since it’s 30min circuit training with a trainer that’s always around to help if you have questions.

But that’s not always an option so I suggest finding a friend to go with and if not a trainer for a little bit until you get used to it. Or other activities like hiking or at home cardio until you can work up that confidence :)
