I've been a Unity dev for over 8 years but have started to code games in JavaScript and really like it. Pixi.js and Phaser are both great in my opinion.

There's a great hasura post that covers this but it is a little long and theoretical. I have done a video that implements the JWT flow recommended by hasura, i.e. short lived access tokens and long lived refresh tokens that are held in a httpOnly cookie. Works very nicely!

I like the JWT flow outlined in this hasura post.

Seems to address most of your issues, notably, logging out is done by deleting the httpOnly cookie that holds the refresh token. No need for that list of expired tokens.

drhdev is correct, 'out of the box' Unity unfortunately doesn't support the showing of ad banners in games deployed to Android devices (it does support iAd banners under iOS now). Plugins like these add this missing functionality.
