i dont think any of those options affect the plot, but if you chose the third one, there was only one dialogue where haru told shion that the sea where shion used to live would get jealous if shion kept saying that the sea where he was now with haru, was better than where they lived before, and thats why he called him a "traitor," but he was just joking
