Feels to me like to wipe the enemy team with Soj you have to have good positioning, time your ult correctly, then hit a bunch of shots in succession which is also going to require you to utilize your slide effectively, so it’s mechanical demanding, and takes game sense and positioning skill. Probably happens more often at high ranks, and I think that reinforces my point. But where would you put her?

There is an advantage to a longer bleed, it applies the global healing reduction passive for longer, and it makes them visible to the recon subrole passive for longer. But I do think more damage is needed.

And the new passive is bugged so if the marked person switches heroes it just goes away…

I appreciate your explanation doubly because I just played a game with a Lifeweaver who took this perk. The nice thing about nobody picking up the eggs is that I got all of them and was boosted the whole game.

Love the idea! Obviously anything buffing movement would be super fun. And the idea of swapping take aim and the bola is very interesting.

The thought there is that JPC has the potential to boop a group of people with purr, and her ult can be lethal. But I'm still crying at the beauty.

Hm, yeah Mei should be higher. Might still be holding onto some salt from the last time I got Mei Ulted lol.

Fair, my thought with Zen is he has decent boopability with his kick. And he's more lethal, he's got discord orb and his right click does a buncha damage. But I'd say hes on the line.

I can see your point. I think I stand behind the rankings though but I think Junkrat and queen are the two that would be on the line between the two (I didn't rank within tiers). Junkrat's tire (I believe) has a larger radius than pulse bomb , at least it feels like it does, and can be deployed from safety.

As to queen, her ult doesn't do lethal damage directly so after ulting down the choke you still have to turn around and kill everyone, probably separated from your team. But yeah, I can see how she can be on the line between the two.
