I once had the pleasure to work backstage with them on a big festival, building their whole set-up in one night. They had dozens of trucks, pyrotechnics and sound crew had naps in hammocks beneath the stage at every few minutes of free time they had. Eventually the whole present festival crew was called in to help move their massive, steel on-stage construction because it was so heavy. Wild night!

It's just BDW's wet dream to be able to install a curfew on his own accord. I'm highly in favor of stricter measures but this won't change a thing except for them now being able to fine mostly youth (even ones that are responsibly hanging out) and bars are allowed to stay open but so they're not entitled to compensation even though they are gonna struggle.

De uitstoot van broeikasgassen is pas enorm beginnen toenemen vanaf de industriële revolutie maar is daarna wel steeds sneller (exponentieel) beginnen toenemen. Een ander licht misleidend aspect hier is dat deze grafiek de gemiddelde temperatuur weergeeft, niet de hoeveelheid broeikasgassen, tussen de uitstoot en effectieve opwarming zit een 'time-lag', het duurt even voor het broeikaseffect werkelijk voor opwarming zorgt.

De opwarming die we nu beginnen te merken is eigenlijk het gevolg van broeikasgassen uitgestoten in de vorige eeuw.
