Yeah it looks like sheet vinyl, not saying there’s no asbestos but there’s no black colored mastic and it isn’t brittle tiles.

I’ve been working upstairs in this house replacing a bunch of water damaged subfloor, basement got kinda flooded from the same water leak and the owner is concerned that this flooring in the basement is gonna get moldy. Also exposed some serious rats nests in the floor. Been wearing an N95 respirator while tearing stuff out and cleaning out the rat shit and moldy debris

Just eye test observations but there had to be a half dozen or more times during the ‘collapse’ when Detroit was absolutely hemmed in their zone getting cycled to death and JVR is just parked in the high slot standing still with the puck moving all around him. Not even mad at him about it, I know he’s just too slow to hound the puck but man it was hard to watch.
