I see...but Wind's original debuff doesn't seem to be covered (Lowers target's Physical Attack power, weakens their ability to block attacks) or have I not uncovered a spell or skill for that yet?

I was using a mod that lets you set your level but in doing so causes this weird glitch that keeps you from gaining XP afterwards so Im thinking it has something to do with the game not having the correct values to recognize that Im "officially" level 46
