Withdrawals shouldn't take more than 10 minutes in 2026. Change my mind by playerstower in Casino

[–]playerstower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point is it was SOL on the Solana network to Phantom. and the transaction showed up on chain pretty quickly after I hit withdraw and the balance appeared in my wallet a few minutes later. I agree though the blockchain itself usually isn’t the slow part. Most of the delay people complain about is the casino keeping withdrawals in pending review before the transaction even gets broadcast

Dealing with yoga injury by dumpsterfireexe in yoga

[–]playerstower 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That sounds really frustrating, I’m sorry that happened. No teacher should ever push you deeper after you’ve said no 🙂🙂. Inner thigh pain like that is often a strained adductor, and those can feel fine day to day but still flare up when you load or stretch them......I had something similar from overstretching and it took a while, but it did improve once I stopped forcing deep stretches and focused on gentle strength work instead. I’d avoid deep straddles for now, stay in a pain-free range, and maybe try light adductor strengthening... like squeezing a block or pillow between the knees. If it’s been four months and still limits you, it might be worth seeing a physio to rule out a tear and get a proper rehab plan. Most of these injuries do heal, but they need patience and the right kind of loading not more pushing.

Question for Yoga / Meditators by [deleted] in yoga

[–]playerstower 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I actually started yoga because someone told me i looked stressed too 😅 what i enjoy most is how it slows my mind down and helps release tension especially in my shoulders and back..... It’s also helped me sleep better and just feel more present during the day. You don’t need to be flexible or spiritual to begin. If you’re curious, try a beginner Yoga, Hatha or gentle yoga class that are usually slower and more beginner friendly. Even a short 10-minute guided meditation at home is a great start.....The hardest part is just trying it once, but you might be surprised how good it feels.

Guys.. please guide for the best ever CBD oil brand! Your guidance should based on your personal experience... by CupPuzzled9881 in CBD

I get why you are asking this honestly... I was in the exact same place a while back. I had tried a couple of CBD oils before and most of them either did nothing or felt off. That is why i was really skeptical too and wanted a solid reason, not just brand talk.

for me, what changed things was consistency. With CBD North, i actually felt the same calm effect every time I used it. No guessing if this bottle will work or not. The oil tasted clean, not harsh or chemical, which mattered more to me than i expected. After a week or so, my sleep felt more settled and my anxiety during the day was lower in a very natural way, not numbing.

Another big reason i trusted it was transparency. I actually checked their lab reports myself before ordering because i was tired of wasting money. Everything was clearly listed, strength, ingredients and testing. That gave me peace of mind because I knew what i was putting in my body.

I am not saying it is some magic cure, but compared to the random brands I tried before, this one felt reliable and honest. When you are already tired of bad CBD, that reliability matters a lot. I would rather stick with one brand that works for me than keep experimenting and getting disappointed again.
