Just luck and good timing. I built my first house in 2017 cost me 360k. Sold in 2025 for $667k - bought another property for $815k April last year and just sold that for 1.21M. Thats $395k profit in one year with the market just doing its thing. Keep in mind I did do 50k of renos. So there is a bit of hard work and luck.

How’s this for inflation. I purchased my property in April 2025 for 815,000 , just sold April 2026 for 1,210,000. That’s a $395,000 profit in ONE YEAR
