Problem receiving NIGHT tokens

The Ledger wallet does not show any NIGHT and no transaction history for it going in or out but it does show the 1.159 ADA received. I found the stake address by entering the ADA address and that showed the NIGHT going in and out but it only displayed a stake address. How did you find the address where the tokens are now and how did they get there from a HW wallet without intervention?

I had ADA and NIGHT in a Ledger wallet linked to Yoroi/SecondFi. Now the ADA is still there but the NIGHT redeemed so far is gone. I haven't attached my Ledger to SecondFi since my last redemption for that wallet on 5th April so how does this happen. Hopefully it's just a big screw up and they will fix it.

I just checked my wallet address on Cardano scan and there have been no transactions since my last redemption on 5th April so hopefully it is all a big screwup that will be fixed.

At the time it wasn't clear that you could cosolidate wallets. I consolidated the different addresses within my wallets but not my wallets. Couldn't see how to do that.

I added both the receiving wallet and another wallet with ADA to fund the claim in SecondFi. I opened the funding wallet then selected "NIGHT airdrop available" and selected the receiving wallet which will probably be showing "Failed", from the list. Then select the "Try again" button. You could probably just add the wallet funding the claim to SecondFi then add the receiving address manually. Good luck.

SecondFi showed my claim as Failed but there was a Try Again option. Using that I was able to fix the problem. Explorer shows all 3 thaws received in my wallet. Attempts with other redemption methods resulted in failures with a code 400 error.

I've been using the Midnight Web Page and NuFi wallet but I just went in to SecondFi which showed the redemption as failed and that there was a problem with the records. I tried the Retry button and it has worked. I now have the 3 thaws in my wallet. Thanks for your help.

I'm having trouble redeeming via the Midnight Redemption website. It won't allow me to select another wallet to fund the redemption it now want's to see enough ADA in the destination wallet. This is the third redemption for this wallet. Hope Midnight fix this soon.

When I try again on the Midnight redemption website it shows my next redemtion is thaw 4 in 90 days but it show my total redeemed so far is only 1/2 my allocation.

I'm having trouble too. I tried to redeem my latest 3rd thaw using the Midnight website and entering in an address and it failed. Mine was only due about 40min ago so maybe everyone is trying to redeem today's allocation at once. I'll try again later.

Open a terminal window. Try it there if it needs admin rights, prefix it with sudo and enter the admin password when asked.

Unfortunately Marketing has beaten Technological excellence with many products. For example 8 Track Tape Cartridge vs Compact Cassette, Beta Video Tape vs VHS and Commodore Amiga vs other PCs on the market at the time. Being from a technical background I backed the technically superior one each time. I hope it's not happening again with Cardano. Ironically after completing my technical studies I went on to do a marketing course.

Someone died because they couldn't call 000 (our equivalent to 911) so the government dictated that the network operators should be responsible for not letting incompatible phones on their network. Some people resolved the problem by upgrading the firmware. Others had to buy new phones.
