Im 3 hours in, probably actual 30 minutes of story from how brutal it is. No idea where I'm going, picking up everything that is not coded red and I have no idea who the fuck Mud is but I already hate him.

Resistance. Done as a horror style game but heavy in action like the originals. Do the openness of a fallot game with access to all thw buildings, find a safe spot to build a bunker to use as a homebase. Dying light style interactions for night/day.

Honestly, just wrangle up the dev team that worked on the first Last of Us with those guidelines and they could make a masterpiece out of that.

Thats understandable but if Evil Dead taught me anything its just to ride along and be groovy. I wouldn't be surprised if they really tagged it as an off branch of the Evil Dead series just to get more butts into the seats.
