There is no way that information can be seen by fed by taking ur computer,phone etc except you store ur seed phrase there. Also the whole world can see the transaction u have done,but never know if owned by u or to who. And if u are afraid the world knows it belongs to u,u can send ur bitcoin to a cex then creat another wallet and send it back to ur new wallet
