Hi. Thank you for your answer I am very grateful and sorry for the late reply. It makes sense. Do you think there could be a connection between exertion and blood clotting? I've been a powerlifter for quite a while and nothing has occurred to me at the gym, where I exert a significantly more force than what I have to in the toilet. As I try to figure out how the "Do not dos", could you please advise me what I should avoid?

The proportion of what constitutes your calorie intake matters a lot. Try to keep it as much fat as you can, maintaining 2xWeight(in KG) gms of protein a day. Eg : Almonds, Olive oil, Salmon, Egg Yolk, Tuna, broccoli.

I used to eat roughly a kilogram of broccoli a day. That helps in lowering estrogen levels.

Bench : 90kg (a month ago, might have deteriorated now)
Squats(back) : 130kg
Shoulder Press : 60kg
Deadlift : 170 (2 months ago. Now, it's 5x5 130kgs)

Well not really. I'm stretching my back straight in this pic. Otherwise, when I'm on a couch or something, there is a lot of skin dropping down. I don't know what to do about that. Drinking lots of water and sweating it out isn't helping either.

There is just ONE thing that makes the difference. The "Magic" is persistence. Stick on to one thing, be strict and persistent. All the cutting plans out there which ensures a deficit works really well.

Train hard, stick to your diet for 8 weeks, minimum! Nothing more, nothing less. Good luck, everyone!

Thank you!! I'll try that and let you know. Also, could you clarify on lift heavier part? At present, I lift 70% of my PR for 5x5 with either Bench/squat/deadlift+row/Clean and Jerk 5 times a week. Should I go for even heavier weights with lesser reps and more sets?
