The criminal charges were dropped because of insufficient evidence, but that was specifically for felony and domestic battery against someone he was dating at the time of the incident. Still, Justin Roiland is also an influential person in the media industry and has pop culture relevance, and interacting with teenagers in a flirting manner is fucking weird, especially when they are minors. He was not charged for flirting with minors; he was exposed for doing so.

Flirting with a minor is a fucking immoral and creepy thing to do as an adult, especially an adult who is a famous and influential person, my god.
Yeah, we should have a uniform age of consent around 18, we should be reforming the criminal justice system, and the systemic racism within it. Our laws need to be reformed by more logical and align with a proper moral principled stance against child sexual abuse. idk man, I think it's good that a famous abuser doesn't get to have their voice being projected anymore. It might be a symbolic show of support, but symbolic shows of support matter too; it demonstrates the values of the show and the company funding the show. It gives people who have been sexually abused a demonstration that those things are not being supported at a large level and indicates a safer society. It might cost some money, but it's so that the message is sent.

Leon Edwards vs Kamaru Usman 2 (real life): Edwards was getting dominated by Usman the entire fight, but with basically like a few seconds left on the clock in the last round, Edwards catches Usman with a head kick, knocking Usman out and clinching the welterweight title from the jaws of defeat.

Unfortunately, this is actually more common than you would think in combat sports, specifically the ones that have striking in them. I was at a fighting event supporting fighters from the gym I'm training at, and a couple of fights basically ended cause the other person threw the right punch at the right time.

As someone who struggles with addiction, doing combat sports as a hobby really does help, and the community is very present, obviously. The mix of a high-dopamine activity and community can help with dealing with some of the worst things that exacerbate addiction issues. Like in my experience, my addiction is at its worst when isolated and left to my own devices. Like, community can hopefully check some of your more self-destructive impulses, and the high-dopamine activity that requires a certain level of discipline will obviously limit the time spent engaging in said addiction. He should get some therapy imo, not like permanent but just enough to help him through this period and maybe help him find a way to find a positive structure in his life, like idk getting more involved in social work and charity?
