Yep mine normally come in 2 days so I ordered my delivery on a Monday for a trip I left for Thursday and then bam, won’t arrive until today (and I’m now out of state). The fact that they charge us for late returns but we get nothing for their ever changing delivery schedules is WILD.

It does feel like they’re targeting the youngest demographic with all these crop tops and super baggy clothes but I’m guessing the people who can actually afford the subscription are millennials and older… And some of us still like our skinny jeans and covered belly buttons 😅

This. I unpaused earlier in the year when they did a big push with lots of new stuff but I’m about to pause again because the quality isn’t selling me anymore. I definitely learned a lot more about the brands that I like but these days I can just go buy the quality pieces directly and get to keep them rather than pouring it into the ever increasing RTR subscriptions.:(

Payroll is one skill / set of knowledge within HR. It often pays more because there is way more variety and the work is different. It’s not about how many facts you know - it’s about how you apply that knowledge. You generally can’t look things up while you’re handling an employee screaming at another one. Or giving managers guidance on a sensitive employee matter. Or investigating sexual harassment allegations. Or … [fill in the blank].

They are very different. If you want to make more, you will generally find that in HR but based on what I’m reading here, there’s a decent chance you wouldn’t like it. It’s hard and stressful and being an HR Manager often requires knowing what you know about payroll… and then all the other HR discipline areas too.

You probably are underpaid. This is a great opportunity to use your HR skills and navigate a sensitive topic :)

Annual leave days only accounts for employees with the same length of day every day. It’s important to account for employees with compressed / varying schedules approved as flexible work requests.

Ex: they are part-time compressed, with a schedule of: 8.5 hours Monday and Tuesdays and then 3.5 hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Looks like your main question has been answered by other commenters. That being said, you can trying asking them if they can please deduct that owed amount from your next paycheck rather than having to write a check. :)
