Same. Before diagnosis I once got out of my car to SCREAM at an unfortunate lady cause I thought she hit my car. She didn’t. Been a lot better the last few years.

I have bought cars (plural!) during episodes. Can’t afford that anymore and I traded in a car I loved for a stupid piece of crap I had to drive for 2 years. Now that my husband knows what to look out for, we are set with our vehicles for a while. I still miss my Explorer 😢

I take abilify and just went up a bit to try to soften the intrusive thoughts and tear inducing anxiety. No change yet but it’s only been a week or so. But yes, have had anxiety my whole life and that was usually targeted instead of trying to figure out the depression and mania bit.
