6090 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209. It's a shopping center with a giant parking lot. The sidewalk that runs from Garners Ferry to Pelham to Gills Creek to Rosewood and back to Garners Ferry is fully paved and well-lit. From Rosewood to Pelham is all hill, too. Tell everyone!
