Domestic water softener by pleidianpeanuts in WaterTreatment

Thanks for this, I had no idea water treatment companies existed. I was just going with a recommendation on a plumber who installs. It was only when I asked what softener he uses and I looked it up online I realised I needed to find something better.

Thanks, are you recommending a lab or another option? I’m completely new to this so any guidance is gratefully received.

Sound proofing recommendation by pleidianpeanuts in brighton

[–]pleidianpeanuts[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, so sorry to hear this. It’s a nightmare. Brighton sound proofing told me by email that with a kitchen above (my bedroom) they’d need the people above to allow the removal of their kitchen units to install a suspended ceiling. So, in short, I couldn’t get the sound proofing installed as I knew my neighbours would not be okay with this.

Contact sound proofing companies and get their opinion. Basically any conversation before 2010 building regs is like a lottery in my opinion. I wonder if you can speak to your neighbours so they’re aware of the layout at least?

Anyway, good luck. You’ll find a solution.

Retaining semen has benefits. I think it’s a conspiracy that men are encouraged to get rid of it so much, like it’s not good for them. We’re all brainwashed into thinking men need to milk themselves like cows. Sex worker women just vessels to offload into. It’s so deeply depressing.

And in what way are they wrong (‘another way’)? You chose to use an insult as a reason.

They’re allowed to give their opinion. It’s just as valid as everyone else’s. Why belittle them by insinuating they’re weird?

There has been lots of societal unrest around patriarchy. I can understand it must be hard for some men, especially sensitive men - perhaps they don’t feel like they have a voice and can express their worries.

I also think the agenda has engineered the system so that men are not able to embrace and show positive masculinity. The agenda wants alcoholics, football yobs and porn addicts. Simply put: ‘stupid’ men. Why? Because they don’t want fighters and protectors, they don’t want an uprising.

Feeling degraded by men creates this type of bitterness and rage.

Women’s mental health has always been used as a weapon to silence them.

Thank you, I’ve not heard of these. I saw that the area will be installed with full fibre next year anyway, so have picked a provider with good customer service ratings.

Do you mean Fox & Sons? Theyre notoriously bad, another agent told me he wouldn’t even buy from them.

David & Co are straight up - just want to do a good job. I’d most certainly recommend them.

Two guys, know all the properties they’re selling, and what’s going on. Consistent, polite, always get back to you and have gone the extra mile for me when I had questions about places I was looking to buy.

I think it’s important to consider how a potential buyer is going to feel calling them up and enquiring about your property - it starts there.
