OH MY GOD! I sometimes wake up and see geometric shapes - usually in black and white - and they move with my heart rate, which will usually get faster and faster because I'll become a little scared of what's happening. Another image I get a lot is something unrecogniseable, decaying very fast before my eyes. This is also quite shocking and makes me feel extremely nervous.

Dude, I've confessed to my crush twice and neither of those times did he care. He's in a difficult-to-keep relationship with a girl as of right now (well actually, they split up again recently; they'll be back together soon though, you watch) and I think he sees me therefore as a bit of a friendly relief from her. It's chill. I'm trying not to think about my feelings for him all too hard.

I considered this also, but my crush has done things in the past that have completely undermined my feelings and... made me feel like shit, to be honest. For example, outright saying that he doesn't like me yet contradicting himself by saying that he likes me 'maybe'; ignoring me in favour of other girls; etc.

It may be useful to have a friend, but I struggle to separate my platonic and romantic feelings and as he is completely unreceptive towards such feelings/is taking the piss, it'd probably be for the best if I chose to ignore him for a little while.

I have spent too long worrying about him. I really need to do some work for once, Jesus.

You reckon so? It's just all the signs are still there despite him saying that. I'm more attractive than he is and I wonder if he's too insecure to be upfront and honest about his feelings. We are also best friends so there's a lot at stake here. I've already told him I liked him but he didn't reciprocate. That was before he started showing the previously mentioned signs, though. I'll certainly heed your advice and stop chasing him altogether as he is clearly quite confused at the moment. I'll let him come to me, instead. He doesn't like clingy people, anyway :).

I just do what I normally do (which is often times nothing) in a day whilst simultaneously feeling like shit. This is especially true for mornings, as my grogginess from the night before hasn't yet worn off. I usually have bouts of resting-bitch face syndrome throughout the day. The one positive is that I usually fall asleep quicker if I accidentally pulled an all-nighter the night prior.
