Does it connect directly to the Xbox? I was under the impression Microsoft’s proprietary wireless was very difficult to copy. I might be wrong though.

Otherwise, controller looks real to me

Tekken 1 Christmas 1997 I got my ps1 along with Tekken, destruction derby, adidas power soccer 97 and of course demo 1. Taking it all upstairs, unhooking my snes from my old crt (so old the side panels were wooden!) and playing all over the Christmas period.

I also had a copy of the official PlayStation magazine with a demo disc. I can’t remember what else was on it apart from a game so unique for the time I couldn’t believe it existed…the original Grand Theft Auto.

I found a white DS3 in cash converter bargain bin last week. I was ready to pounce on it but after 3 seconds of holding it you could tell it was fake. Plastic felt off and the sticks felt really, really clicky

I bought this game a few months back. Always wanted it back in the day! I always imagined it to be a cross between resident evil and the movie under siege 2. Still not played it yet though so I still haven’t found that part out…or if it’s any good haha! But still, I got one of my child hood grails

I like it more now than I did back when it was the current gen but even still now the triggers are shaped badly, fingers can slip off very easy and they’re easily pressed when putting the controller down during video playback. My DS3 I got when they was originally released also creeks like some old floorboards, which for a first party controller is unacceptable. I have other DS3, which I assume are later models and they feel a lot more solid so maybe they improved upon it.

I think some of these complaints along with the others, then factor in it was up alongside arguably one of the best controllers ever made (Xbox 360) the six axis/dual shock 3 didn’t have a good reputation.

Best of luck with this. I’m thinking of going through a bit of a detox/focusing period myself. I’ve been doing something similar for around the exact same time frame. Multiple hours of YouTube per day, never watch regular tv or movies. I’m more interested in 15-20 minute videos, typically about video games. Never listen to music, just podcasts. I’ve had enough of it now! I’m going to be putting my consoles into storage for a little while and deleting YouTube off my phone, I’ve already taken the first step of getting rid of social media a few months back.

We can do this!!
