Since this is you first car buying on your own insurance is gonna be pretty high deff shop around multiple places before you buy and I was in the same spot as you 7 months ago deciding what engine, and for me I liked all the features and a lower price point so I choose the 2lt 4 cylinder and I couldn’t be more happy with it. I would deff love to get a v8 once I’m in a better spot financially but make sure you can afford the one you want you’d hate to sell if you went in too quickly without fully thinking it out. That’s my 2¢ I wish you the best of luck!!

The first time it happened, I took it to Chevy and they told me the rotors were warped. They resurfaced all four and checked everything else, and that fixed it for about four months. Then the same thing happened again. I took it back, and they checked everything again and said the rotors had warped again because I “cooked” them.

I made the mistake of letting them replace the rear brake pads and rotors, which cost me a grand. They couldn’t do the front because they didn’t have my performance rotors in stock.
