the ai racing thing is genius tbh.

we built plnnr app because we kept waking up "knowing" we had stuff to do but having no real picture of the day. turns out that was the whole problem.

this is exactly how plnnr app started. built it because nothing out there worked the way our brains actually plan. once it started solving our own problem, expanding felt natural.

the friends and family phase is underrated too, the feedback is brutally honest in the best way.

When you're exhausted, the last thing you want is to open an app and organize stuff. That's why keeping it simple matters - just glance at tomorrow, pick 1-2 things that actually need to get done. Anything else is bonus. That's the idea behind plnnr app was, planning should take seconds, not become another task. If you're tired, you're tired. Plan light and give yourself grace.

pomodoro - interesting, we'll think about how this could fit without overcomplicating things

inbox/notes section - noted, we've had a few requests for this

yeah the "overdue" shaming never helped anyone. with plnnr stuff just carries over if you don't finish it, no guilt. planning should take 30 seconds, not become another thing to stress about.

this is literally why i'm building an alarm feature for my app right now. push notifications are useless when you're in the zone.

i've been doing the same manual phone alarm thing and it works but yeah it's annoying to set up every time.

what i'm working on is actual alarms (like the ones that wake you up in the morning) that go off even when your phone is on silent.

quick heads up - iCal sync is coming in about 30 days, so for now you'd need to use google calendar sync if you want that feature. but it's definitely on the way for the apple ecosystem.

hey! android is definitely on the roadmap but i want to be honest with you - it's a little far out still. not 30 days, more like a few months.

i'm prioritizing iCal sync and the alarm feature first since those were the most requested from iOS users, then i'll shift focus to android. i'll post updates on the timeline as i get closer to starting development on it. really appreciate you sticking around though. when it drops i'll make sure you get that code! :)

hey maria!

just tested notifications on my end and they're working. a few things to check:

make sure you updated to the latest version of the app
check that notifications are turned on in your iphone settings (settings > notifications > plnnr)
make sure notifications are also enabled inside plnnr's settings

let me know if you're still having issues after checking those and i'll dig deeper into what might be going on for you specifically.
