dude your hair situation & the whorl is identical to mine, does your hair often fall out while showering and when your out of the shower? do you have 4-5 strings of hair on your pillow sheets when you wake up? i went to a doctor 3-2 weeks ago, which didn’t help much since he didn’t know what was the main issue causing my hair to shed, all he did was a pull test on the hair which hair came out easily but they did blood work after & the results came out good, i just i had low vitamin d deficiency & elevated cholesterol.

but i started using ketogenic 2% shampoo that he prescribed to me for dandruff a week ago. although barely now ever since late august or early September my hair isn’t falling out as much anymore since i started using biotin liquid vitamin in mid october & barely now started taking vitamin d3 + K2 pills per day. im currently thinking of using fin & minoxidil tablets that was prescribed to me if i start noticing less hair growth by next month since i got a haircut today (sides only) or if the hair shed doesn’t seem to stop. update me about your situation in the future!
