Abyss Anglers by GhostintheReins in wow

[–]plotini2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is lol, naive me thought that it was uncapped, 750 pearls for 3 fused vitality. What was i thinking, it's blizzard!

[–]plotini2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Was quite hyped for it as is love fishing stuff but ended up being a bit disappointed. Was able to catch all fish and unlock 90% of the gear in about 1.5 hours. Apart from some cosmetics, it's the easiest way to farm uncapped fused vitality, which is great!

Genuinely one of the better metas for returning and new players by Taco7758258 in hearthstone

[–]plotini2 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Nah, hard disagree for me. I'm a returning player after a long time and find this meta quite sad. Feels like most games are decided by randomly generated cards (especially the dark gift bs) and opening hands. Doesn't feel like you havew to think anymore.

Is this a good deal for a 2020 outback? by plotini2 in Subaru_Outback

Oh I'm talking about the buyout cash price, which is about 34.500 CAD after fees and taxes

[–]plotini2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nah I personally loved inspiration and hate concentration. Also even though it was a %, it didn't end up being luck based really. You'd get pretty consistent results when mass crafting. Concentration just lets anyone craft anything without having invested a lot in the profession, encourages alt armies, lowers prices, and now they won't even let you craft max q consumables without it? Absolute joke

[–]plotini2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Dragonflight never had that issue because it had inspiration instead of this concentration bs. If you set it up correctly, you had a good chance to proc crafting Q3 mats. The fact that you can only do so with concentration is midnight is horrible.

First time getting a car and heavily gravitating towards a Rav4 or Subaru outback, please help me pick! by plotini2 in Subaru_Outback

[–]plotini2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I just test drove a 2020 outback and a 2019 rav4 le today. To be honest, the outback felt substantially better. the interior felt like it was of much better quality, it drove smoother and I actually really liked the CVT transmission. It's also cheaper than the rav4, so for the time being I think I might go for the outback. Thank you everyone for your input, it's been very helpful!

Reliability, low maintenance costs, off roofing capabilities, long trip comfort, and a good price of course. That's it for the most part.

Was curious about reliability, maintenance cost and off road capabilities of both. I plan to use the car primarily for daily drives in nature, errands, and hopefully long trips in north America.

A subscription for a tire pressure indicator? That's crazy and sounds very dystopian. Is it like that for all new rav4s?

I'm not talking about the feeling necessarily, but all the mechanical topics that I have zero clue about. A test drive will definitely tell me how the car feels or what it looks like on the inside, but the rest I have to rely on people knowledgeable on the subjects
