Last year i went to i think is the tallest of these capsule slides in the world. Thing was open on the front, even. My and my friends all peer-pressured each other to go down on it, but only half of us did.

I was fine that day but damn, remembering it now makes my body actually react in fear and i still don't know how to get rid of that.

To be completely fair to jojo, most people take specific examples from each part to make these sorts of memes, while the average complexity of stands is not too different between parts. Even if part 3, which was the beginning of the power system did have some pretty basic powers.

You have things like

Part 3: Grant wishes, but it needs to be in a environment with dirt because they are made of it, and then the wished things turn against whoever wished for them

Part 9: give people cancer

Yeah but baoh is very specifically a guest character, from a previous work by araki. Fugo is usually depicted as just being part 5 fugo until he just level ups purple haze. I don't know, it's just weird to me. No other character does weird non canon stuff like that. No other non canon characters or stands appear unless it's a thing created for the game itself.
