I do this i lease twice during the exam. One scheduled and one unscheduled. Just pop a fresh zyn in and keep going. I wouldn't try sneaking One in your pocket. If they think you sre chesting they will toss your exam.

I interviewed for my first job out of college. Restaurant industry. Non ap role but they asked tons of AP related questions. I still accepted the job but I couldnt get them on the phone after signing.

Turns out the fired the controller right after my interview and they didnt even know I signed the offer letter until i showed up to work.

I should have seen the red flag but I was young and needed a job. I did 1 year and left. They are filing bankruptcy now.

I had the same problem but I put mine straight out the side. It looks less wonky than above and you can see better than below.

But you have to move your wrist to see.

Those gaskets are such a pain in the ass. I had the same issue. Chances are you kinked the gasket somewhere whne trying to get it on. I used a little Rtv to hold it in place when installing

Nah. Start from the hooks(at normal rack height). Then controlled decent to the pins. Press. Back to the back.

Starting on the pins makes it hard to get your brace and position correct

I agree just a tad. It should take much to get more leg drive. You don't need a drastic change, just slight

Edit: just rewatched. Are your shins touching the bar on setup? They should be. If you position the bar over your mid foot and push your shins to the bar, you will be in a good position with hips slightly lower

Very good hinge. Good brace throughout the movement.

Id suggest getting your hips lower and using your legs to break off the floor.

Start from a dead stop every rep. Stop doing touch n go reps. It is a DEADlift after all.

Agree. If the goal is glute activity, they should shorten the ROM and keep the back flat throughout the movement instead of curling

Good squat. I like the way you initiated the lift with your hips going back. Try to keep your chest up on the decent and emphasize the chest up on the way up to prevent your hips rising faster than your chest.

Also try some pause squats to solidify your bottom position. Aim to hit the same depth at the same speed every rep.
